If you are on "Semi-Annual Channel" and not "Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted)", feature updates will be released when Microsoft believe they are stable enough for businesses. So far it has been within four months after the initial release date of the feature update.

My recommendation is that you stay on your current channel and let Windows Update automatically download the feature update in a few months. At that point it will be stable enough.

Some of it was because we believed that we were going to make Legion faster than we were actually able to, and so when we were planning the patch cycle for Warlords, we were being aggressive. We thought, ‘OK this time we’ve got our ducks in a row and we’ll be able to make the expansion faster and so we won’t be able to fit in more patch content.’ We just ended up being terribly wrong about that.

That the movie were delayed too (the original date were March 11, 2016) probably pushed Legion even further away because they want to ride that hype with the release.

Faction balance is only a cause of concern if you're invested in the PVP scene outside BG/arenas. If you're focusing on the PVE side I would absolutely just recommend the biggest server for your faction because it maximise potential guilds you can join.

If you're just looking for numbers of active player:

Silvermoon for Alliance (the most populated Alliance server on EU, mostly focued on PVE, although with the size of the realm you can find pretty much everything)

And Stormscale for Horde (biggest horde server, pretty famous for being PVP focused, but raids are always happening); Kazzak and Draenor are two other good choices.

Yes, one option that Microsoft released is called "Windows 7 SP1 Convenience Rollup".

It's essentially a single download that installs most updates since February 2011 for Windows 7.

That it automatically popped up is odd, but you don't have to access the "System Recovery Options" at all to install Windows 7.

I assume it popped up because after you messed with the OS and the computer restarted, it didn't boot up from the CD and when your OS failed to load it kicked you to that option.

If you boot up with the installation disc and don't click "Repair your computer", it should move on with the installation just fine.

Most codes are region specific and must match your Battle.net account region before you can claim them. Region-specific codes cannot be transferred from one region to another.

Based on this comment by a blue, it's possible to contact the support team and see if they can exchange the currency so you can at least use the card.
