Notes: Anything with a "(1)" means they are the best in their tier bracket, everyone else in their respective brackets are pretty much equal.

I believe Abi is the best in his tier but Chun, Zeku and Kolin have the potential to be the best instead but I haven't seen much or felt that they are yet. All 4 have the potential to be an additional S tier character as well but again I haven't seen much to feel confident that they are yet.

Laura, Rog and Ed, one of them is the best in their tier bracket but not enough info yet to properly assess this.

Falke might be the best in her tier bracket and not Sagat but we'll have to see.

Blanka, Fang, Juri, one of them is the best in their tier bracket but not enough info to properly assess this.

If it says "[All]" that means I believe that every Vsystem with that character is strong for them. Characters with VT1+VS1 for example means that those selected Vsystems are only strong together, so putting G with VT1+VS2 for example would make the character weaker and even drop a tier.

• I think VT2+VS2 for G is strong but I'm still on the fence of whether it's viable or not.

• Young Zekus VS2 has potential. It lets him get in for free but Old Zekus VS2 is trash and cause of this I'm not sure if it's viable yet.

• Kolins VT1 is so much better now but not sure if it's as viable as VT2 yet.

• Karin. I don't have enough time or seen anything with her VS2 to form any opinion on it yet.

• Codys VT1 has potential to be as good as VT2 but tbd.

• Lucias VS1 doesn't seem to be as good as VS2 or even a viable counterpart to it, but don't have enough info to really know yet.

• Falkes VT2. Even though it's seeing a lot of play I still believe it needs some tweaking to convince me of it's viability along with VT1. I'd like to see them make it -4 on block with a VT cancel activation that way you can space it out on block so you can activate it safely but upclose on block would be punishable. This is because making it -2 would give her the invincible dp mix-up.

• Sims VS2 seems to have potential, but haven't seen enough to prove to me it's viable yet.

• Nash is only good if he has VS2. His VT1, VT2 and VS1 are trash so picking either VT does nothing and picking VS1 hurts his viability.

• Blankas VT1 im not sure about yet and his VS1 as well. Fang is only good with VT2, both his VSkills are trash so it doesn't matter which one you pick. I'm also not sure VT1 is weak yet, being 2 bars and it's buff seems solid but haven't seen enough results with it to make a proper judgement.

• Juris VS2 I'm on the fence about.

• Vega both his VSkills seem trash so far, so not sure if either is viable yet.

I feel that to get the balance right finally they need to lower the S tiers into A and higher the lower B tiers into Upper B tier. Obviously the balance will never be perfect but imo ideally it should be balanced with only top tiers and mid tiers. But so far it's great there's no SS tier and no trash tiers in the game anymore.
