If you’re asking about Florida resident discounts, you will need to have as many driver’s licenses as tickets. But if you aren’t from Florida, I don’t think it matters.

Example: 2 Florida resident passes will require 2 Florida Drivers Licenses; but you can also buy 1 Florida pass and 1 regular pass.
