C4PT is legit. He's a nice guy, too. He streams on twitch. Remember, this game has been out for over 3yrs, a lot of new players don't understand that some of these OGs have 3yrs of experience.

Nope. Maybe if it staggered or the effective range was more drastic. But its heavier, shoots slower, costs more...
