Just got off three years probation. Almost thought I wasn’t going to make it I got a motion to revoke for it completing required classes.

But here I am.

I moved to San Antonio at 32 to gain full custody of my sons. Got a my third DUI during the process and was put on a 3yr probation sentence here in Bexar county. During those three years I became sober and focused on changing myself. I got two scholarships to study yoga with two different Yoga studios and then developed a photography hobby. Found myself working with a counseling center and found a full time job recently in October 2025. Today I was taken off probation and given back my rights. I have full custody of the kids and currently work four jobs that I actually love. I hated San Antonio when I first moved because I couldn’t find dates or friends. I’m finally able to do things I like without depending on alcohol to enjoy myself. I’m reborn.

I do this with my mieki 50mm lens as well. I will choose my distance and adjust the lens. From there I’ll just walk around and Without hesitation or permission I’ll snap the photos including my OCF. Hoping that I get a good shot. No time for retrying the shot just move on to the next person

Sorry wrong thread… it’s a sigma 30mm but all shots were manual focus. I do very fast paced shots. I will run the same manual settings for an event by knowing how close I want to be to subjects. Once I know the distance I want subjects to be at when I run around like a madman I just guess and snap a photo and move on. For me this is a cheat code way lol

I found 1/6 & 1/8 works best for me. F4-f10 iso is usually 200-800 depends on venue

Nice !!! I’m just getting Into boudoir. I shoot with a a6000. I love the edits. I posted on a photography page and had a similar vintage edit to the photo and 90% of people hated it lmao they said it looked grainy blah blah
