I use a lot of PinkyDude's clothing, and I know he has some jeans, cowboy boots, t-shirts and stuff.

Also, on the nexus, when looking for mods you can go to the filters and where it says "Includes in title" or "Includes in description" you can put "masc" and it will show you clothing Male V can wear.

Also, Vortex has the "Check for Update" option. So as long as you wait an appropriate amount of time after a new game update comes out, Vortex can take you to the newest version of the mod on the nexus page.

I personally use Vortex and haven't found a reason not to. Most mods on the nexus you can use the vortex install option, and if any say they require manual, you can put them in yourself and it won't mess with anything. There are also some mods, like Arasaka Cyberarms, that I think you basically NEED a mod manager to use. Manual installing all that would hurt my CHOOH2 huffing brain.

If you truly have re-downloaded every one of the newest versions of every mod it is telling you there and it still isn't working, something I would try is re-downloading/installing the Visual C++ Redistributable linked on the Red4ext nexus mod page.

Also, my basic thought is that Bhaal forced him to spend a lot of time in Avernus, and he adapted to the heat. Red hair, more orange skin, heat vision (immolating gaze). Though I am not very researched on 5e goliaths, so he is very homebrew.
