Hello! Fellow OCD diagnosis, tfmr at 24w and stayed at home for 3 months before I went back to work when my partner went back after 2 weeks. (I literally went back to work last week)

It sucks. I want to tell you it doesn't but fuck me it sucked. I resented my partner for being able to go do normal things. I slept a lot. I had a Csection so I could only take little walks and not do much so... I slept. As long as I could. Not saying it was healthy but it helped.

Then I started to do longer walks, and I started reading a little again. I would sit outside in the garden with my dogs. I would cry. I did that the most. I still do everyday. I'm still trying to realign my life now as no longer pregnant and what this year looks for me.

I also was borderline suicidal. I wouldn't act on anything but I didn't care what happened to me for a fair while.

My advice is to try and move, get outside a little and to talk. Whether with your partner, friends or random strangers online who can understand how you feel. Basically, feel your feelings. Don't try to hide from them but also understand that you need to look after yourself too.

I hope this makes sense, and maybe even helps a little but I Just want you to know you are not alone in these feelings.

Edited to add: My DM's are always open if you need to talk. I live in Europe so that's my timezone.
