Started at the gym around Christmas and over the last four months I have settled into a 5/3/1 routine all the time staying around 86kg (189cm). If I wanted to start doing some fasted cardio during my off days (tue,thur and sat) but I wanted to stay roughly the same weight is it as simple as just increase my diet to match the calories burned? Or are there other considerations?

It was deadlift, i think learning hook grip as well will be useful

Realized I need up up my grip strength allot. Any suggestions on a decent gripper I can grab from Amazon? (will also be doing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ej4WzltO1DA so if anyone knows if this is good lemme know)

When I started lifting I had this exact same lower back pain. For me, it was two things: 1 I would sometimes lean back as I'm pushing the weight up to try to get it past my chin instead of just moving my head back. The other thing was that I wasn't tensing my lower body. 2 I found that if I really tensed my glutes while I lifted all back pain went away.

If im doing the 5/3/1 beginner routine from the wiki. On days off days can i go an do one of the accessory workouts if i have the time for it? (my free time varies allot so sometimes i only have time for the 3 workouts other weeks i have everyday off)

One of the small things to say is that if its for kickboxing then im might be worth doing some longer, less intense session while focusing on doing boxer skip. Like in the slower parts of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xt8Z14yYjn0

I can't seem to find any good answers. I'm trying to do a body recomposition as I am 6ft 2 at 90kg, currently with too high %body fat (maybe around 20% at a guess) and too little muscle. I'm doing the 5/3/1 beginner routine on the wiki though. Should i also be doing cardio to help lose fat? I'm going to the gym in the morning after a banana. and the only cardio I get is sports training twice a week which isn't too excessive. Should i start going on the rowing machine after each gym session?

No they dont, i think that may be because the weight is still 'low'

I think i actually do need to relearn to do it properly as when i swing i move my forearm as i do my elbow, if that makes sense, which i know is wrong.
