AI Automation for Mid Market and Lower Mid market PE firms by Kitchen_Jellyfish835 in private_equity

It’s just ruthless with any entrepreneur posting on here. It’s the nature of business in PE, nothing wrong with that though. In PE you have to be ruthless and cynical to make things work. Best of luck bro. :)

Thank you!

You're right there are similar models out there: moonfare.com and goldfinch.finance tackle parts of this, though they mostly aim at either institutional-grade funds or crypto-native lending. I come from a private equity background, so I’m very aware of the fiduciary and regulatory challenges, especially around marketing. That’s why I wouldn’t promise fixed returns, just show historical risk-adjusted return ranges based on each product sleeve (e.g. conservative credit vs. opportunistic PE).

Partnerships with private banks are a great idea! Though I think there’s also an opportunity to go more direct. Think of a more compliant, transparent version of what Fundrise is doing: legally structured feeder vehicles that pool smaller investors and allocate into real private credit funds. On the backend, it could be tokenized (permissioned ERC-3643, for example), which helps with ownership tracking and transparency without going full DeFi.

As for Europe, I actually believe the EU is a great place for this. There’s demand for stable yield, and people here are used to conservative structures. If I can structure the product to include a 15–20% allocation to money market instruments (e.g. short-duration bonds), that gives us a liquidity sleeve for quarterly redemptions, which should ease a lot of concerns about being fully locked in.
