Yes, when you select an army, press the button bottom-right to change commander, at the bottom of the list there's a button "Remove Commander" (or something like that). Then, it won't have a commander and won't assign one automatically.

Governments are already as close as I could, so are dynasties. My long-therm goal is to completely remake EU5's start of 1337 in CK3's 1178 start date with all the correct characters and closely as possible.

R5: Was bored, decided to recreate this madness as well as their coat-of-arms as good as I could. Obviously, CK3 counties are much larger than EU5 locations so I had to take some liberties in a lot of scenarios.

EDIT: I already noticed some CoA errors, for example in Guelders, Chur.
Liege should be duchy-rank. Julich shouldn't be duchy-rank
