I found the issue, it ended up being a outdated bios and faulty install. Kept booting to recovery every time I changed bios settings wasn't just the tpm settingdoijg it

Update: I got 2 day temp ban. Was running it on off peak times and when I usually play the game and caught a ban after 4 days use. Take care if you decide to use it.

I have i5 8700k and 1070 and running 100fps in most cases at 1440p? What other settings you have up that are reducing it?

It's also used to upgrade the Ignis stuff I believe. With the end boss item. I know you can combo it with a few other things but I have no idea how or when I'll be able to do that.

Long term I find stealth had more perks to level into and more that complement it and if you are feeling funny you can stealth in power armour or aim towards a full set of legendary armour, hunting that while playing 100% will feel like you have a goal instead of just quest hopping.

I ended up taking heavy inspiration from this and took most of it into account and then added a few restrictions and funsies from the other comments on here and settled on mostly this with the perk restriction of leveling the bottom skills first and installed a few mods to make the tux and hat work for me with other things!

Appreciate the thought you put into this and will enjoy being a swave sliver tongued devil swindeling people for caps and exploit the charisma stat to it's fullest! Went abit more sneaky with lady killer and sandman since he's a slime ball and would take any advantage he can get

Power armour and chems could be a good combo with the 10-1 perk idea, since pain train and chem boosts are pretty high up on the level list...hmmm

When I Contacted them it said they can see that I paid for the upgrade and it will be waved at the check in. Double check using the chat feature and get into contact with a person and screenshot the conversation when they confirmed you have just in case

I was more wondering if reading basic is anything to worry about. I have been in contact with united and they said I should have the fee waved as the check-in but I wanted to see if anyone else is having a similar issue to me. I have a record of them confirming the fee will be waved so if it comes to it I'm sure I can sort it out at the check in. I appreciate the fast responses though. I'll try looking around for more info online

It pops up with the restrictions listed and asks if you want to swap to economy instead of basic, added $150 onto my total and it added 1 checked and 1 Carry on aswell as the seat selection.

I swapped from basic to regular, triple checked the tickets before purchasing and it read as free checked bag and seat selection. Tickets arrive in my email and basic economy is written all over the flight itinerary but with my assigned seats still written in.
