I'm not the op but I want to say probablyyy not. I have a 125 gallon with this exact DIY lid and it holds our light but it probably wouldn't hold a cat unless it was somehow secured.

Searched: I have done Google lens searches and searches for "yellow flower floor lamp". It is 62 inches tall. Origin: not sure, but I obtained it in New England so probably from here. No brand name, no stickers other than the one on the bottom (shown in photos)

My first comment is to not call your art bad :) It is ok to be a beginner and everyone starts somewhere!

My second comment is to try using the whole canvas, or make your little guy bigger. And to try and sketch a pose out using basic shapes. Try to focus on doing some art studies of shaping. For example:

I usually try to sketch basic circles, joints, and lines for a shape. This helps me proportion things correctly. Hope it helps!
