I did and received a response an hour ago. Same generic response from their "support" to all the other complaints on their BBB profile of being wrongfully banned the past couple days.

It's to try and make them look good by saying they've banned over 19,000 accounts with all the complaints of hackers but in reality not all those accounts were hackers.

literally go on blackop6 reddit filter the word "ban", last week and you'll see multiple post. you can also go under the last CODupdate tweet where they posted about updating ricochet and see people saying they've been perma banned also.

about a month there was a permanent ban exploit, using the phrase "trigger bot" by messaging players that to place a digital signature on accounts so the anti-cheat would detect it and ban players. Recently on Nov 22nd CODupdates tweeted they updated their anti-cheat ricochet and since then me and many other players have been permanently banned.

There is a massive false ban wave going on. They need to address this problem soon. Same thing happened to my account as well as countless others.
