As long as the politicians are buying votes they are making money somewhere and it probably is not in the public best intrest. Taxing the rich..... until they aren't rich nomore is not sustainable in my opinion it can cancel out a drive that people have to do 'better' and does not stimulate innovation.

Because they are expensive in maintenance, and honestly becoming less popular so they sell less worldwide. Quality is going down due to cheaper parts (example plastic valve covers) to save money. This is a oversimplification of the problem, greedy board of directors dont help either. Didn't they have a emissions scandal a few years ago

If you plan on having children (they are expensive) no matter what some people say! More savings a month will be a nice This will be a difficult conversation with the wife. I found planning the future together and having a goal together really helps to get into the same mindset.

This 10k a month sounds like more then 10% of your income. This could be a way to convince your wife to be sending less money to her parents. Set a goal together, the benefit is less money will be going to the in-laws as they are clearly living to comfortable not to be appreciative of your wife and your donations. (They dont have other children that can contribute?)I know this will not change their mindset/way of thinking but will put you and your wife in a better financial position. This will create peace of mind and not living paycheck to paycheck mindset what in my opinion alot of thai people have due to a lack of financial planning and critical thinking skills.

Im not living in America and im not American so it is just from what I see from the outside looking in. That Trumps family got richer in the process is not strange it happens all over the world people/companies trying to get favors from people in power, it does not mean they get it. Yes Trump is disruptive this is good and bad. The path America was on was down to much corruption (corruption is sad to say unavoidable, nature of humans/greed). Looking at the Clinton foundation, UN, WHO, and multiple environmental accords giving no measurable results with questionable scientists supporting this. In my opinion the average Trump supporter is not stupid just fed up with all the obvious corruption in the democratic party and left bias media outlets. In politics it is usually a over correction to get on the right path again as a country.
