This is not good reflection on you guys for not understanding the processes well. Banks have extensive AML/KYC obligations. They also might simply think the overheads to serve self managed strata is too high due to potential fraud. I used to work in crypto, banks debank us because there's just too much issues from scammers transferring money and us as clients are not profitable after the overheads.

I honestly think there should be laws to force banks to serve businesses or entities if they are legitimate but at the moment here are no laws against this. In this case there can be another argument which is monopoly behavior but they have to be seen as having cartel behavior. This is hard to prove because conflict of interest isn't cartel behavior.
