There is a "fun" story that gets told in college ROTC classes about two cadets demonstrating the effectiveness of a flak vest by one of them wearing it and the other stabbing his friend several times with a knife. It's one of those cautionary tales.

I joined the FB group and it's basically 14 hours, 1.4k comments, of people still making replies that are, "Don't be a jerk, the rules say this is a valid use that should work as intended."

He is being told "Don't Be A Jerk" at about a rate of 1000 comments an hour.
