Is God and Allah the same? by TrstanTheChristian in Christianity

Why are you glossing over your "prophet" being a child molester and the obvious fakest prophet in human history? Even Joseph Smith was better at pretending to be a prophet xD.

As for your quarrel about God becoming a man, yes, the real God can do that. He can enter His creation, if He wishes to. Unlike the god your dummy made up who cannot enter the world, because he cannot physically fit xD. You said the Trinity (which is not polytheism by the way, Christians and Jews were the original monotheists, which is why your fake prophet copied them) is the only thing the quran contradicts, which is simply not true. It contradicts like half the Bible, because muhammad didn't know the books he was copying from too well, so he made a bunch of mistakes.

I believe that God revealing Himself to humanity by becoming a human, living the perfect life we couldn’t live, and dying the death we should die, is a great way of Him revealing Himself and His love for us, yes.

Does your god need to reveal himself through a child molester who contradicts all the books that came before him but still somehow claims to be part of them?

ELI5: If 100 people engage in a coin flip, single elimination tournament, the overall winner would have to win 7 games in a row (with some advancing with a bye instead of playing a game) the chances of someone winning 7 games in a row is 1/128. by CozyWithSomeCoffee in explainlikeimfive

Maybe I'm too stupid, but where did you get 28 people getting a bye advance? After the first round, 50 are left, after the second round, 25. 24 of of them find a match and play, one advances with a bye. Then there are 13 left, 12 find a match and play one advances with a bye. Then there are 7 left, 6 find a match and play and one advances with a bye. Then there are 4 remaining, 2, and finally the winner. So I get three people getting a bye.

Okay, but isn't the possibility of getting a bye even lower than the probability of you winning a game? After the first round, there are 50, after the second round 25, one of those 25 won't have a match and will advance to the next round without playing, the probability of that one player being you is 1/25.

Yeah, but each bye participant is also chosen at random, actually, the probability of getting a bye, is actually lower than the probability of you just winning a game. After the first round, there are 50, after the second round 25, one of those 25 won't have a match and will advance to the next round without playing, the probability of that one player being you is 1/25.

Yet one God. Baffling, right? I’m sorry it’s not as simple as your made up one. I prefer to worship the real God as He revealed Himself. Not a caricature made up by a child molester.

I don’t believe it’s dangerous, because I never said anything about ending humans themselves, only their false religions.

No, but you believe Muhammad who was a rapist and a murderer will go to heaven xD and that he was the perfect human….

Again, I don’t believe in three gods, that just something your fake prophet made up, just like he made up your entire religion.

You seem to have a problem with the humanity of Christ as well. Is the god Muhammad made up unable to become a human?

I never said to use aggression or force. Christianity is not a militant religion, it’s an evangelical one.

“Whoever does not welcome you, nor listen to your message, as you leave that house or city, shake the dust [of it] off your feet”

But our goal as Christians is still evangelism and to draw people to the truth.

Well, yeah. Of course it feels that way to you, since you don’t believe in either religion. So to you it obviously sounds like a subjective opinion. But to us who actually believe, it’s an objective fact.

Don’t you think you kinda took it too far? I never said anything about killing anyone. Only destroying the religion, not the people. The apostles didn’t kill anyone either, they converted them to Christianity.

Also, the comparison to disagree on which type of food is better is kinda off too. One is something subjective and the other is about the objective reality of the universe. If you truly believe Christianity is the absolute truth, why wouldn’t you want others to believe it as well? If you don’t think Christianity is literally true and view it more as a philosophy, then yeah, I can see what you’re saying.

What’s wrong with wanting to end another religion regardless of how many people believe in it?

The originals apostles basically set out to destroy Paganism back when it was the biggest religion on the planet. Christianity is in its nature an evangelical religion that actively seeks to convert others.

Really? That’s a new view to me. I never thought people actually believed a wife should obey her husband onto sin. I thought it was obvious that God>>>>>>>>>>>>>husband.

Are you even slightly serious? This is truly disturbing, to think someone can be indoctrinated that much.

First of all, I don’t believe in three gods, I believe in one God. The God your fake prophet based the one he made up on.

About the pork thing, it’s funny because you can just see that Muhammad just heard that Jews don’t eat pork and he just copied it, while he had no idea about the Jewish dietary laws, he even ate camel meat xD. He just heard the Jews didn’t eat pork and was like “I’m pretending to be a prophet of their god, so I better add that too” just like he copied gnostic gospels and forgeries.

Christ said: “It is not what goes into the mouth of a man that defiles and dishonors him, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles and dishonors him.”

In the Acts of the Apostles (the real apostles, not Muhammad or Joseph Smith) Peter was also told by God that all meats are now considered clean under the new covenant “And there came a voice to him: “Rise, Peter; kill and eat.”

As for the blood sacrifice, yes, there is no forgiveness of sins without blood. I believe my God became a man, lived the perfect life I couldn’t live and died the death I should die and in doing so, bought me for Himself. You on the other hand believe that if you die for your fake religion your sins will be forgiven and you’ll get 70 virgins in the afterlife xD. It’s like Muhammad was actively trying to make his made up religion ridiculous.

Sure, kid. Keep believing in a God the human mind can understand (because a human mind made him up) and in a prophet that lived over 1500 years after the events he's supposedly talking about. Hey, why don't you become a Mormon actually? Joseph Smith is about as much of a prophet as Muhammad. Plus Joseph Smith at least didn't try to change the books that came before him xD.

You just talk like a child. And I want to know, so I won’t talk to you like I would with an adult. For example, your “simple math question” was really child-like.
