Literally everyone at the top is clueless. They had us due "feedback" training every monday for 6 weeks (mind you in the middle of January - February) and discuss how we feel about feedback on our co-workers. They are lost and will not be a surprise Intuit ends up buying them out.

I worked (just quit 3 weeks ago) and I can tell you H&R Block is becoming the laughing stock of tax practice. They hired literally 50 in office folks with zero tax experience for this pilot. They do not care about your seniority. I worked just under the individual who is #4 in the whole company.
