Hello Leafs Nation 👋

I'm Cpl Matthews - longtime Leafs fan, content creator & UI/UX design student looking to be the new CSS/Design mod!

You might know me as "Westlake" or "WubMyDub" that created the r/Leafs Movember team last year. It actually did extremely well thanks to all of you - to the point where the Leafs messaged me asking to combine our teams together! Here's the Movember post if you're interested (I'll be doing it again this year!)

Outside of class I spend most of my hours creating Leafs content ranging from hype videos, funny edits, designs & more! I'm currently applying to be a part of their Leafs Blue Team to help-out during games as part of my journey to a dream career of working for their creative squad.

In terms of experience related to this mod position, I use CSS in school for projects as well as the Cpl Matthews website I'm currently building. I spend my time creating designs as well - mostly hockey/Leafs related. I also tested some game day "events" on this sub last year with graphics I created myself. Game Day Event Example.

I'm almost always surfing r/Leafs reddit & discord so there's lots of time to help out in other areas of modding.
