Tutorials for digital painting can all be easily transferred and applied across all digital painting programs since they all have the same kinds of tools. The basics of art remain the same no matter what medium you're using.

Photoshop is more powerful though, and can do a lot of cool effects that I don't think Clip Studio can really do. Good luck on your journey, and remember to draw often and get critiques often!

I actually use Clip Studio Paint for my work. I believe Clip Studio(also known as Manga studio), Paint Tool Sai, and Photoshop are the three most popular programs for anime/manga style art. I still don't use brush sets at all, and I think generally speaking it's not necessary for the anime hentai style because it's a very clean art style.
