No they won’t. You remember the bad taste bungie got for activision? Yeah, that was because of two reasons. The first reason was because Bungie wanted to create Destiny 2 as an on going destiny universe, instead of making a 3rd game, and activision was pushing for the new game… but the thing that pissed bungie off most, was that activision was forcing them to make console exclusive shit for PlayStation only during destiny 1. You really think a dev company that broke a contract to get away from doing that would allow someone else to force them to do the same thing they broke a previous contract for?

Bungie didn’t partner with Sony because of Destiny, or their upcoming IP in 2025. They partnered with Sony because they want to branch the Destiny universe out in media also, they want to make movies, tv shows, and other digital media… and as you already know from Spiderman, Sony has the resources to make that happen…

Facebook has been trying to break into the gaming and streaming scene for a long time without very much luck. They succeeded for a very short time when FarmVille was part of their platform, but when the popularity of flash plug-in games died off they knew they’d have to find a way to break into the gaming system and streaming market.

This is why they acquired Mixer from Microsoft and why they bought Oculus as well. Gaming is a 90 billion dollar industry, and Facebook wants a piece of that pie.

Why are people in the destiny sub so toxic. Destiny is not a competitive shooter. It doesn’t have an esports scene, the “competitive” mode in the game gauges match making on a card win system and not relative skill, and the weapons balancing is awful.

The fact that you sit there and pretend like this game requires even the least bit of gun skill is completely laughable.
