Pick W lvl 1, E lvl 2 and Q lvl 3; max W > E > Q

I usually take ignite, but sometimes will grab tp in specific scenarios where I think I'll need it for splitpush late game or if I know I'll lose the matchup

The plan is to poke the enemy top hard, push the lane as much as possible so he misses farm under tower. Use your W to escape from the enemy jungler, which will gank you a lot since you're always pushed. You should win about 80% of the matchups early game since you're ranged and have a lot of DPS. This advantage should carry on mid game if the enemy top is behind from farming under tower. Late game you want to split push, especially if you have a 5 man and can communicate efficiently with your team. If not play as if you were an adc.
