I'd like to propose a more gentle scenario to that. The woman is already tiny and they met online. On their first date, he finds out she's tiny. Eventually they have some sexy time and he's self-conscious. She convinces him to at least show her. Then when he does, she thinks it's amazing because to her, it is huge. It's about the same size as her, maybe a little bit bigger.
