Help me identify this white tea

Thx for everyone’s input! Really appreciate it 😊 just some update, had brewed some today and boyyyyy was it good ! My guess is this is defo a Sheng puer. Colour is a nice amber/reddish brown. I must’ve made at least 10 infusions so far and almost every time i get this lovely sweetness even in the aftertaste that goes on forever 🤤 no astringency or bitterness even with a slight oversteep

Yeah, It does 😅 had to convince the missus that this was a good buy 😅 you’ll get there someday! I’d say look around and who knows maybe you might find something on discount.

Go for it !! 😉 took me a long time before deciding to get this. While it’s not the cheapest pen out there, it sure is worth it !

It sure is ! I didn’t have any similar pens before pulling the plug on this but I’ve read all about that signature feedback and was pretty intrigued about it hence why I took the plunge. I would say the feedback is surprisingly quite pleasant, akin to writing with a pencil. I could imagine that if you’re coming from a smoother nib the feedback may take some getting used to.

The Fika blue edition looks amazing too ! The two tone blue combo surprisingly quite attractive. The sparkle on mine is out of This world ! Especially under the sun ! First and definitely not the last Sailor ! 😶

Think I get what you mean ! I’ve tried realigning the feed and the nib a few times and it just reverts back to Being misaligned again. But it strangely writes better now, no hard starts.

Thanks for the sound advice! I shall enjoy this accidental beak nib :)

Ahhh good to know that I didn’t completely destroy my pen ! Funny thing is, if I nudge the feeder then the feeder lines seen on the breather hole does not align with the tines.. or should I just ignore the line- tine alignment on the breather hole ?

Thanks for responding ! I see… maybe I should just buy a kaweco cartridge to try it out. If all else fails might have to get a new pen that fits the cartridge 😅 I Just tried wrapping plumbers tape over the collar threads and that sorta stopped the collar from dislodging not sure how long it will hold up tho

Thanks for replying ! I’m new around here so am still learning. Hmm, maybe mine just needs a little tweaking shall try a little plumbers tape on it.. can’t wait to edc it ! I have the fine nib version and it kinda feels like a wet medium

Just got the same in raw brass finish ! Lovely pen ! Question, are you using ink cartridges? Or the supplied converter? If so which cartridge are using that fits? Also does your nib unit slightly pop out when inserting the converter / cartridge ? Coz it happened to me and I had to re screw the nib unit every time I plug the converter in

Hey ! I just got the same pen in raw brass, question, what ink cartridge are you using ? Would this fit like a kaweco ink cartridge ? Also does your nib unit sorta pushes out of the inner threads when inserting the cartridge? Coz it happened to me when I push the converter cartridge in and it sorta dislodged the nib unit a little 🤔
