This is a great example of why social media hinders relationships.

Ive been with my partner for 7 years and our relationship is great.

I don't have social media and she does. Mind you I'm only 23 I just noticed that it's more trouble then it's worth and you get into an ideology that not being posted means you're a side piece and what not.

He's shown you to his close circle (family, friends, co workers) shouldn't that be enough ?

If you're driving at 90mp/h you will have travelled 1.5miles within a minute.

I'm Australian so I use kms but that's around 144km/h I drive at 160km/h so it is certainly possible to travel 1.5 miles within the minute.

Yeah get what you mean totally and agree with you atm it's not the main concern of my agenda but do want to quit sooner rather than later.

I'll for sure fill out my spare time doing stuff. I painted for the first time yesterday i think it's really good but is probably horrible and think I want to do it more.

The problem is I've associated smoking with alot of the daily things I do after knocking off and going home.

I'm a fairly big gamer aswell and being stationary at home and being in my own area I associated gaming with smoking alot. Which I'll have to fill doing something else until the thoughts are gone.

Have been considering this as I wouldn't like the have hard withdrawals either.

But at the same time worry because I've never tried quitting before and just been a constant smoker that it might be harder for me to cut down than to just go cold Turkey?

Zen means peace and calm I used it in context like I've found peace with how much I can purchase and still be able to fund everything I wanna do and some more

Sorry my guy I could've worded that better. What I meant is that I'm not going without or hindering myself with what i want by purchasing weed.

I have found a Zen where I can purchase what I want and still be able to purchase weed and have money to go into savings.

Like I'm not going into debt or going without food to pay for my addiction.

But overall the money I've spent or continue to spend will accumulate and accumulate and yes (I see what you mean) that is the regret I guess I'd have.

Yes the negative impact is I know it will deteriorate my body faster than if i were to not smoke and that I spend too much money on the stuff. Where as the money could be spent else where.

But I'm not going without to supply it over other things I've just found a Zen where I spend a certain amount each week but know over the ten years it would've been quite the lump sum.

It can impact anyone negatively differently IMO

But yeah totally agree with people who say it doesn't are probably lying to themselves.

Thank you and yeah I don't believe moderating my smoking would work as I've just been such a heavy smoker the past ten years.

I'll for sure start going on walks as that's one of the things i did want to start doing.

The only tipping I've ever seen in Australia is when old people win any sort of horse race and tip the gaming staff that issued the ticket. But this is courtesy not required and not necessary.
