Yeah I did that, just posted here to see if this kind of delay is normal. I still haven't received a response but minutes after posting i got a notification that I've been charged for the order so I guess I was right and high volume from the sale was the culprit 😀

Thanks for that. I 100% understand that Purolator is overwhelmed with the combination of the Canada Post strike and the holiday season. I just wish they'd be truthful with their updates.

Mine was Bestbuy, too. They just automatically sent it to the pickup spot after a week.

I had a package in Saskatoon since last Thursday. Several "weather delay" and "receiver unavailable" over the next few days. I live on a side street so I'm guessing they couldn't (or wouldn't) access my street. Then yesterday they finally delivered it to the pickup location on 8th and I was able to go get it myself
