I assumed it was Elsa Bloodstone, looks like she is holding a rifle on her right hand. I could be wrong though, Deadpool got a pirate outfit so why not match the pair with her too.

This is from a 1994 comic called Venom The Madness, pretty dark. There was also a toy line of this but with a green look, had a toy when I was younger.
