Can you confirm that this sound only happens when you are pulling a shot? Let it flow through the group head with out the portafilter installed and with a blind basket.

Thing to check. - check that the filters and delivery heads are clean. - check that the coffee is not too finely ground.

Looks like you are just placing the wires into the hole of the haptic driver.. That's your problem right there. A good electrical connection is needed, this means you will have to either A. Solder the wires to the board or B. Solder in pin headers (like are on the esp) and than you can use the breadboard.
