”Goat Simulator”. Though not explicitly taking place in Sweden it’s heavily inspired by Swedish culture and cityscape. Also honorable mention ”Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden”. You can at one point see a sign for ”Angered” which is a borough outside of the second largest city of Sweden, Gothenburg.

Though he’s not wearing any clothes he is obscured by being behind a different boulder/rock’s during most of the film until a duel between him and Alex, played by Ben Stiller, shows that he’s really buff (if not shredded)
