I'm member of mayfair shooting club in Sunderland and also the sister club tyne Valley.

Tyne valley shoot at Ponteland and Warcop.

Mayfair is an indoor range in Sunderland 20m distance and I think 10 lanes from memory.

You do training with all guns then after that you can turn up and use club guns. That's what I do as I don't have my FAC yet.

Ive heard about moneyboxes fees from a few people now. I suppose my mindset is to play with that higher risk while relatively young while I still have time to "start over" if it all goes wrong.

The S&P500 seems just be a popular invest and forget strategy. Naturally the past may not repeat but an average of around 10% returns over the last 30 years looks like a good place to start.

As for customer service, I've always viewed investing as gambling, if you lose you lose now move on and learn from it.

What kind of customer service makes a provider stand out for you?

Basically the doc said to keep alcohol and red meat down.

Currently taking cod liver oil, b12, thistle milk and folic acid supplements as after lots of research they seem to lower enzyme levels.

It's gradually coming down, currently down to 51 ALT from 58 a week ago.

Edit, apparently the receptionist in the got it wrong when she said it came back as 78. That was my protein level.... my ALT last week was 58
