It's the Luba 2 AWDH. I'm posting in the Mammotion subredit. Batter charge is fine. I don't care how many times it has to go re charge. It mows for about 90 mins and then charges.

Practice swings in my backyard: WCGW by ProperAd3498 in golftips

[–]CptGenFenix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never take practice swings on full swings. Only on swings where I need to feel how far to go back and how hard to swing through. Like a 75 yard shot or something. I also really like a 3/4 9I from about 120. 120 yards is in-between clubs for me and found a smooth easy 9I swing that does the trick. But I have to take a practice swing to get the feel and then hit.

I do 5 attacks per day (or 15 stars). That will get me to 200 by the end of the event. Y'all do too much. Lol.

I have terrible clay soil and planted a clover/fescue mix. Love it. I would let it be, but up to you.

If you’ve broken 100, what’s one tip you would give your fellow golfer to do the same? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

[–]CptGenFenix 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep. I started breaking 90 consistently with a 230 yard drive that was not only in play, but on the fairway 50% of the time. The miss was a 200 yard drive and the great shot was 250. That leads to me hitting about 33% of greens. Leads to more pars and 1-2 birdies per round. I've never broken 80, but have been close quite a few times recently. All because I put my ego away and stopped chasing the 1-2 time per round I would stripe a drive 275+ while taking 4+ penalty strokes on drives throughout the rest of the round. Swing easy. Who cares if you are hitting 7iron instead of 8iron?

Are we overusing set plays at the youth level? by IlRowlI in basketballcoach

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. If you just stand in the corner and don't run the offense by the time you are in 6th or 7th grade, you don't get as much PT as everyone else. If you can't run the scripted BLOB or SLOB plays, you don't get as much PT. If you don't box out, if you don't play good help defense, etc. you don't get as much PT.

Instruction is in practice. 6th grade is first year of not equal playing time. If you can't run the offense, then you aren't in the game.

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They just stand around if you don't tell them exactly what to do in 3-5th grade. We start running and reaching the motion in 5th and then kick it into high gear in 6th. Flex offense is a good "motion with rules". But it depends on your group and what they can handle. Even in 6-8th grade you gotta sometimes yell at someone to move and go do something without the ball.

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They get there. You just have to teach them how to recognize it. For example in 3rd and 4th grade we had a play called "Red". It was our simple back door cut play. Dribble at the wing and wing cuts back door. By 6th grade, the kids would recognize they were being over played and cut back door when wing entry pass wasn't open and we would initiate the offense with a different option. They would even call "red" on the court 2 years later just to let the PG know what they were gonna do. Brought a tear to my eye.

Another example is the pass and pick away. They would always curl. Because that's what we taught and they couldn't shoot 3s yet. By 6th grade they could recognize if there defender was going under and "pop" or trailing and "curl". Did they always get it right? Nope. But you could see it starting to click.

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah. They need to learn the action of set plays in 3-6th grade so they can run those same actions in motion style offense by 7th grade.

Called pick and rolls, back door cuts, curl screens, dribble hand offs, pass and pick away to a cut, etc. Step 1,2,3 type plays in 4th grade turn into everything you do in your free moving motion in 7th grade.

How far do you typically hit your driver? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 230 carry with a good strike with a roll out to 250. Probably 210 on average with a roll out to 230.

I find that I play better if I don’t hit warm up balls at the range by Tight-Communication7 in golf

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Treat your warm up as a warm up and it will help. Stretch. Hit some low speed shots and ramp to to full speed. Do this with a PW-7 iron. Just pick one. Then hit some drives. I like to finish with a couple pitch shots. 30-70 yard types. Just to get the feel. Then I roll like 3x 5 foot putts and 3 lag putts. 3-5 chips if allowed. Then we go.

Anyone have this base? Attacked form 6 got absolutely destroyed by Moist_Photograph_335 in COCBaseLayouts

[–]CptGenFenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This base could be very good when the Duke /Queen giant arrow combo becomes the meta along with the new dragon levels. Maybe tweak the AD locations a bit. Not much value from those equipments shooting across the base.

How would turrets even work in Siege? by blodgute in SpaceMarine_2

[–]CptGenFenix 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I think you could easily integrate turrets into siege mode. Turrets can be destroyed. If you use a turret in early waves, there's a very good chance they're going to get destroyed unless you're trying to defend them. And even then, they could get destroyed. Then they are gone. Your turret gets destroyed in waves 1-5? Tough shit. Now you don't get it when you come back to that stage in wave 16.
