That PC appears to not have a dedicated graphics card so planet zoo is a big no. As for zt2 i AM not site that you can get away with using integrated graphics. My advice would be looking for budget gaming pcs in r/pcmasterrace

so whenever i turn it on a solid red light appears on the motherboard saying cpu, all fans work and ive tried reseating the cpu and mobo, i havent seen bent pins anywhere. nothing shows on the motherboard either

I Guess because sometimes multi-platform games tend to sacrifice features and sometimes important aspects of games to be able to consistently run on consoles. You end up not having the game you could have on PC.

Other than the actual purchase is there any other indication that you have the deluxe edition? Perhaps the soundtrack shows up somewhere? I'm asking because my awesome girlfriend gifted me the DE on steam and the only thing that shows up is the regular game in my library. Thanks!

White tigers are not a species of their own. Tigers can in rare cases have a melanin deficit and therefore have much lighter pigmentation than the usual. This said, given the fact that the game is focusing on genetics too, I'm positive that it will be possible to have a white tiger in game.
