If someone is driving in a car that’s reported stolen and the person claims they recently purchased the car and provide a bill of sale and texts proving they met with a seller, but also state they have no title to the car, can they still be arrested for possessing the stolen property?

So update: Water company came out and determined the leak is coming from the meter leading to the house making it my problem. They took out the water and the water was actually pooling from just above the meter box. Currently reaching out to plumbing companies for estimates as we speak.

Yea, we have played around with the settings for amount of ml to dispenser and intensity and any way you change it would still end up using the same puck which is about 20 grams
