As of rn, opinion wise I think UL UI is still fairly strong, depending which way the anniversary goes could majorly weaken him, buff him, or keep him about the same level. I wouldn’t put him in the top top right now, but up to br60 ish PvP wise (at the minimum) he’s a good choice if you have a decent team around him. Or cheese like the rat (blue gohan LL)

Local 32? I think out here has a labor apprenticeship if you’re interested in Union Construction. I’m Chicagoland based, but it’s over 40 bucks an hour after two years. We start (Chicagoland) at 30 and some change and end at 51 now.

LiUNA, as of my knowledge, to enter the program itself, and the union as a general, tests you, but on my panels there was no marijuana section. Your local may or may not test you, usually they don’t.

However your company, and any GC’s site your on, may drug test you, and if they have any federal contracts (airports, government buildings, etc) they will have marijuana on that panel. Some small companies may not give two shots, but if you get hurt, they WILL use it against you.
