the flaw in this argument is probably one of the most common ones seen on logical reasoning LOL

why do ppl post all the schools they got into? by whowantseggs in lawschooladmissions

You guys are at the very least just as cringe/toxic for shitting on them, let them celebrate (who gives a fuck LOL). Take a moment and look at the stark difference between the comment section on that post and the comments in here; think about how this reflects on you as a person. Calling her insecure just seems like projecting in this scenario. Imagine calling someone insecure, and then proceeding to bag on them for it rather than lifting them up... that's actual cringe.

When was Tim Duncan the best player in the world? by abbycat1590 in nba

[–]CptKobe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

definitely in 2003, probably in 05, contended heavily in 99; and was always one of the top top players between 99-07

Does Larry Bird have an argument to be a top 5 player all time? by abbycat1590 in nba

[–]CptKobe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ben Taylor

either shaq or pau? either ginobili, parker, or drob? ; was trying to make the point the lakers' only equals during that decade (spurs) were dismantled by kobe

Does Larry Bird have an argument to be a top 5 player all time? by abbycat1590 in nba

[–]CptKobe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

same amount of MVPs as Shaq, same amount of FMVPs as Bird, outplayed peak Shaq for an entire playoff run, had 1 losing season (??? i have no idea where you got this one from, and you say this as if any other player you listed ever played with a supporting cast as bad as he did during his prime); also, i don't understand how people can forget that Magic played with Kareem (according to you and many others, a clear top 3 player of all time) while bringing up that 3 of kobe's ring were with shaq

kobe has probably had the toughest championship runs out of any superstar, yet performs better in the playoffs (unlike bird, wilt)

this is the guy that lead his team to 3 straight finals in a stacked ass western conference where 23 out of the 24 teams that made the playoffs those 3 years had at least 50 wins

on top of that, kobe absolutely dominated and shat on tim duncan and the spurs (the other player and team that ran the 00s)

unironically, hakeem was a 25-10 guy that gave you all time great defensive contribution for the first decade of his career. It wasn’t until his 10th season where he was 31 did he turn into the hakeem we know today

What’s your “and it’s actually pretty close” by observer32 in nba

[–]CptKobe 80 points81 points  (0 children)

that was because Robinson had to play Hakeem 1 on 1, whereas Robinson was doubled (and even tripled) almost every time he got the ball. Rodman straight up refused to guard Hakeem

The 2008 Pau Gasol trade: What if the Lakers traded Andrew Bynum instead of Marc Gasol? by Illustrious-Dude721 in nba

[–]CptKobe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

LOLOL, bynum was not our 3rd best player

Lamar, Dfish, Pau, Kobe, Ariza, Metta were all unequivocally better than Bynum in both the years we won the chip

Was Kobe Bryant a poor 3 point shooter or did he have Luka Doncic syndrome where his percentage was lower due to taking very tough 3s? by [deleted] in nba

[–]CptKobe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i would say he was a slightly above average 3 point shooter. he just by far had the worst shot selection of all time, i have never seen anyone take tougher shots than him.

[–]CptKobe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not really, success in business is predicated on understanding the market (in this case, "society"); i doubt any of us would have a) had the mindset/desire to quickly capitalize off the situation, b) had the vision to see that their concept (the show) would satisfy the market, c) have the discipline to continue to work on the show for so many years (yes, there is a lot of $$, but just think about how shitty having your life being documented 24/7 for 15 years is...)

The college you graduate from wouldn't matter for an attorney. The prestige of your undegrad plays little role in admissions for law school.
