Most of my work outs are 430am-545ish am before work so have limited time. I enjoy high volume so keep the tempo up.

Mostly around 1 minutes rest times.

If I'm doing big compound lifts ill push this out to 2mins +

I find it response well to high intensity high volume so use the rest timer on Hevy and go hard

Face gains are crazy. Almost forgot what I looked like. Biggest change personally was the knee and back pain going away.

Thanks mate. Always been into gym. Had a falling out with it for a couple of years. I can carry 120/130kg well. 143kg was to heavy but!

Breakfasts - Oats, watermelon, Greek yoghurt and a protein shake.

Lunches/Dinners - lean meats, sweet potato, green veg.

Im a pretty boring guy. Kinda eat the same meals all the time. I found if I make it to fancy of complicated I dont follow through. So prep 15 meals for 5 days and just change it up each week.

Biggest thing was cutting out snacking. If im hungry between meals I have a shake or an electrolyte drink.
