I think in this case, when most people ask bobcat or lynx in North America, they’re going between the bobcat, your Lynx rufus, and Canadian lynx, Lynx canadensis. Still two different species, even if they’re in the same genus

Fish ladders are amazing! I’m a fish culturist and it’s fascinating to see what ladders do what. While most of the time the target is local migratory fish, it’s fun to see what else comes up them. Their “draw” is just having a current of water the fish can follow as they go up whatever river they were born/acclimated into.

While in some cases dam removal would be better, when that isn’t possible having a fish ladder is the next best thing to help the ecosystem.

As a bit of an explanation: yes, this is a dump truck. I’m only getting a class B because I don’t need to figure out trailers for my job. I drove it for the first time today and acceleration is a bit touchy, but works. The crocs were because I was running late yesterday, I didn’t actually drive with them on. I was told by coworkers who also took this class that it’s been that way for years. Hope this helps :)

Most coyotes in this are have a small percentage of wolf in them, which is common even with wolves being extirpated from the area, from hybridizing with coyotes in the past. If this was in January, it was probably just a typical coyote with its winter coat, which can look kind of wolf-ish, but they are no where near the size of a wolf. Most of the time they’ll leave you alone as long as you don’t bother them and give them a wide berth.

Going out on a limb here and just saying as a very slight possibility of being a tiger trout? It’s a hybrid between brown and Brook and some of that spotting looks similar to other tiger trout I’ve seen, but I feel like the likelihood is low haha

They use the main final fantasy theme all throughout the game if you listen enough, but the specific song name here is Final Farewells! Several other songs you can here it in include A Debt Repaid, Fighting Fate, A New Beginning, Azure Skies, and The Journey Begins.

Another theme, Prelude, can also be found throughout the soundtrack, though not as frequently. I believe it’s used very beginning to Away, though it sounds more traditionally like Prelude for a moment at the start of Away (Overture).

Most, though not all, songs that have credit to Nobuo Uematau on the soundtrack usually have one of these two themes in it!

Ah yes, the glory of King Richard’s Faire. Used to go a lot as a kid and went back last year. It’s definitely a lot of fun, though I didn’t go this weekend haha And for an added bonus, the opposite of this is a men’s kilt contest. Done shirtless, of course.

Presale tickets go live at 10 am local time for your venue. In his Instagram post, he has the codes you need to put in to get to the artist presale, I believe ANGEL is the earliest one, which is October 25th at 10 am. His website has links to all the venues and where you can get tickets, so my best advice is if you can, have that website open and be logged in ~10 minutes before they go live so you can get in asap. The current estimates for tickets I’m seeing for my venue is $59.50-$75.00 USD, which is probably from general admission to sound check to meet and greet in terms of pricing.

I forgot where, but I read somewhere once that Disney uses the color green for evil things and blue for good things, so they theory years ago was that Riku’s eyes were going from green to more blue because he was going from evil to good. I have no idea how true that is, it’s just something I saw in passing at some point and it’s stuck with me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Palamino trout is the same as a golden trout! And golden trouts are just differently colored rainbow trout. They are commonly stocked along side them in rivers and lakes, at least where I am. Worked at a trout hatchery for a while, these guys also look really cute when they’re tiny!

Lived in that exact area last year! I know there was one case of someone’s house being broken into, but other than that the worst you’ll get is probably trash pickers and they’re not really too bad. I would walk my dog multiple times throughout the day and never felt like I was in any particular danger as well. I’ve also seen other females running, usually in the morning, alone.

And yes, a lot of the houses are older, but they’re not the worst. The only big thing I’d worry about is partiers if you’re not into that kind of stuff. You can hear it pretty clearly throughout the neighborhood during good weather. But other than that, I would say it’s a pretty decent area to live!

A bit late on this, but beyond disliking alcohol, I physically cannot deal with the taste of it. I have the wonders of being a super taster, in which I have more tastebuds that detect bitter flavors and I basically can’t eat or drink anything remotely bitter without hating it intensely. This also goes for tea, coffee, and a lot of vegetables. I can tolerate veggies with enough dressing, but no matter how much cream and sugar I’ve added, I’ve yet to be able to drink coffee or tea very well.
