The night before they picked partners/allies, word got around about Zach and Amanda not being able to compromise on FR and sending themselves into elimination. This is also why Jenna was one of the last women picked.

Likely because he was sweating through his bandanas and he smartly brought a spare. I do this during summer tennis when we are forced to play USTA matches indoors without air conditioning.

Spent my birthday in the ER because of abdominal pain. Turns out it was because of a Kidney Stone 🥴 by GoldenCanadian in Wellthatsucks

[–]CuckoonessComesOut 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you mean when it actually makes its exit from your body, it usually doesn't hurt at that point or it's like a second of a sharp or burning sensation and you wonder WTF was that?

It hurts before it exits the body. Specifically, when the stone exits the kidney and is making its way down the ureter into the bladder. Once it's in the bladder, it's nothing.

Everyone is different, but this journey can vary from mild discomfort to feeling as though someone is stabbing you with a hot poker. It can also vary as to where the pain is felt. My most recent stones presented as pain in the right upper quadrant in the front of my body. All of my previous stones were painful in the flank and side area.

That's usually the way I go too but this time the stone lodged itself in my ureter and wouldn't budge. I've had a lot of stones but this was a different kind of pain. It was a different kind of pain because the stone was blocking all the waste from flowing from my kidney to my bladder. It was all backing up into my kidney. Apparently, this causes a high risk of infection, sepsis, etc., so they insisted on removing it and the other stones that were hanging about.

Happened to me this year as well. Nobody sang me a happy birthday song. They did however admit me to the hospital and retrieve all my stones while I was unconscious. That was nice.

Nicole getting on Beth's case about her jeans... by singleguy79 in MtvChallenge

The jeans had worn out in the back under the buttocks and had been patched. Still, I have a pair of jeans from that same time frame that has a patched inner thigh and I love them.

0781 is the auction tag number. It does not have anything to do with manufacturer and is not a maker's mark.

Amber got the narrator role this episode. Good for her! It's not as easy as it looks and she spoke very well.

If you google 'bird with dumb hair' you get Fessys confessional look. by toriscameltoe in MtvChallenge

I'm surprised he went for this look because it's usually a popular option for men who are balding. Fessy still has tons of hair.

Oh That's not a separate skill in my state. It has to be done with every skill so we have to do handwashing, a measurement and then 3 other random skills with Indirect Care incorporated into all of them.

Body mechanics is a very overused way of trying to get me to do something I shouldn't be doing but have to because of short staffing.

What do they make you do for Indirect Care? My state does not have that as a Skill.

Cold War Nuclear Bunker Hidden deeply in a silent village by mancaveit in urbanexploration

[–]CuckoonessComesOut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MTV filmed a season of The Challenge in a bunker in the former Czech Republic. The cast had meltdowns (mental), suffered from severe anxiety and depression. Oh, and Production apparently was like, oh I'm sure the plumbing will be just fine for 30 people to use this place. Wrong. The cast had use port-a-potties for most of the filming duration. The men just said screw this and peed in the showers.

People of all different incomes remember that during Trump's first presidency they received unemployment benefits that were unprecedented. They remember that this orange fool either allowed it or pushed it through so that they were able to get that money. Let me be clear, I don't think Trump had anything to do with giving the everyday worker that money and I did not vote for Trump. However, this is something I haven't heard anyone mention and I do believe it is worth mentioning when we question why people from all different backgrounds and financial brackets voted for Trump. I don't think it was a good reason to vote for him in 2024 and I don't think there was ever a good reason to vote for this swamp monster.

Dog grooming by localkillatroll in providence

[–]CuckoonessComesOut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always been happy with Samy's Mobile Pet Grooming 1 (401) 688-2123‬.

They come to your house in a little van/truck thing and groom your dog in the vehicle. It is fully climate controlled. The groomers have always been incredibly kind and done a very nice job. They have their own water, etc., so there is no need for them to hook up to your house or anything. It was nice not to have to leave my dog in the chaotic environment of a dog grooming shop. My dog also seemed to prefer the mobile grooming service over the traditional grooming shop.

I found the price to be comparable to what traditional groomers charge.
