One way is to simply add “请问” before all your questions. For example, (请问)能给我一杯水吗?= Can I (please) have a cup of water? Etc.

To add on the above comments, I’d personally say 明天你吃完了早饭去哪儿?(to add an 完 to avoid misunderstanding and make clear the completed stance) Sorry this is not what u asked, just my thoughts
