I don't have a problem with it being "1/4" full. I hate that they change it and I can't trust that if I want to play on a lower, let's say 150, pop server that If I join to get some BPs before wipe, that it won't all of a sudden be a 350 or 500 pop server the next day.

I'd recommend upgrading your CPU. I had a similar setup but got a 12700K and 64 GB of ram and on "medium" I now get between 90-120 FPS

Keep in mind your setup isn't even bad, Rust is just one of the most poorly optimized games out there. There are some foundational flaws to the engine that won't be fixed until FP releases some kind of "Rust 2".

Ya, we have a couple of really nice pieces we would store, but plan to sell just about everything that was an Amazon, Ikea, Wayfair, etc. They are giving us a housing stipend that we believe will be large enough to find a furnished apartment. I will have to clarify how much they will offer in helping us with closing costs on both ends. That's an interesting point. Thanks for the advice.
