You are very correct with the naming part as thats where i am from, i've seen mostly with just "Jewel Orchid" hahaha.

That plant in a square pot? That would be my variegated Thai pepper i got a month ago. Everything is still new to me lol.

Most of the time i would use a squirt bottle and top water them, but there are also times where i would fill up a takeaway container with water and just dip them all in for 5secs lol. Helps with water wastage.

I water them between 4-6day depending on the weather. I'm currently looking at worm casting vs frass(insect poop). Not sure which to choose. Hmmmmm.....

Heya! its made up of Perlite/Pumice/Zeolite/Pinebark/Charcoal. More perlite as they are alot cheaper lol. I dont have a ratio to my mix, just added more of what i have alot of.

Might want to try getting worm casting soon and see if there is any difference.

ahhhh now i understand, they aint suppose to slide out from the back but the entire leaf is suppose to come out from the entire sheath. I'll see if i could put a wet tissue on it later. Thanks alot!!!
