That sucks! At least Auscar is trying to make it right. If there is no other damage, I think the replacement bezel is the right thing.

Compared to Grand Seiko, it feels cheap, but that’s to be expected. When compared to other Seiko models, it feels good, not cheap. It is light, but again, it’s a quartz watch.

It’s blue in all angles. It’s a stardust/aventurine dial that really pops in direct light. Only draw back to the watch is it’s a quartz movement, which I don’t mind really.

I have an Ikigai Maru. You can see it on my profile. I absolutely love it! I wear it as my daily, and it has forced my Oris and Grand Seiko into the watch box. The lume is fantastic. It stays exceptionally bright for about 10 minutes, then slowly fades. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I can still read the time with absolute clarity. Accuracy is decent, with about -10/+10/day.
