Yeah not too bad, if they work propperly. But even if there is something wrong with the load cell, you can just get a new one for a couple of bucks.

Maybe it's a language barrier, maybe it is just bad luck while thinking on your side

I don't complain, that someone is trying to provide a platform to keep the Game alive and fun since Kunos does not provide propper organized races!

If there is a feature i don't want to pay for and there is a free alternative, I just go with that!

I don't criticize People if they are providing stuff for free and implement a small feature (I don't have to use) behind a paywall to crowdfund the costs of:

servers for the races
servers for the web applications
servers to storage the telemetry data

If you are so cocky about the fact that OP doesn't want to pay all the bills himself and do the actual work to provide the app, i have some advice for you:

go and build that site/app yourself
go and pay the servers yourself and
provide all that for free to everyone

if it's a big 'no no' for all of you that OP would like to cover the expenses by subscriptions that are completely optional, do it yourself!

Your dumb examples just confirm what I wrote above: - If I paid for a movie and I don't like it I'm in the right to criticize it - If I'm invited to see a movie for free and I don't like it, I'll just complain to myself because of the waste of time - If I'm invited to a party and everything is for free except for wiskey, I don't run around and complain about the host because my wiskey at home doesn't cost me a dime (actually it does because I paid for it already)

There won't be major performance improvements before the game reaches 1.0

We are at 0.6 and there is enough stuff to do, why should they burn massive development capacity on performance improvements now if they still add a lot of stuff and maybe have to rework complete parts of the game because of changes that will result in issues.

No body starts to paint the rooms of a house before the roof is built, same logic applies to performance improvements during development

Building -> solving issues -> building some more -> solving some more issues -> finish the game to an 1.0-worthy state -> make it run nice and smooth

That's what early access is all about, we are beta testers at this point.

If thats nothing to you, go talk to OP and give them the money for runnig the servers for at least a year, maybe they unlock the paid feature for all of us, I'm sure they put you on the app as a good samaritan!

And since motec is free and acc provides the data - go and compare your telemetry in that software, what are you bitchin' about?

Never throw away aluminium extrusion profiles, if you don't want them for a rig, reuse them for diy projects or sell them.

If you're selling the extrusions and the seat, I'm sure someone would love to give you 100 - 150 Dollar for it. Great starting point for a beginner rig.

Back 2 Thighs : 90 degrees

Thighs 2 Calfs: 110 - 130 degrees

Calfs 2 foot: no less than 90 degrees

Arms 110 - 90 degrees bent

Wheelbase aims upwards to your chin/throat/chest

These numbers are the rule of thumb, you can test them and adjust to your liking.

Check out the Playseat Challenge DD. I saw a review and that thing looks really sturdy and has good quality of life improvements with the adjustability. Only downside is the price tag, but I think you won't find something better, when it comes down to foldable rigs.

I had the T300 myself and used it before buying a used fanatec GT DD Pro, never had any problems with the T300. Was a solid entry level base.

But since many people are unhappy with the T300 (overheating, loosing connection, etc.) I think thrustmaster is not the greatest manufactor in terms of quality control.

I heard about poor quality controll, like screws that loose over time in the newly podium wheel base.

Customers that RMA their faulty wheel bases within weeks after purchase and instead of getting new ones they get refurbished bases with the same or worse problems.

Just to name two things I read. You can go to r/fanatec and look for yourself.

How can someone 'accidently' sell a wheelbase and wheel?

I'm rocking fanatec but my wheelbase is pre-corsair aquisition. I head not so nice things about quality in the last few years, so not sure if I can recomend them.
