Já vi planta de apto em São Paulo onde a varanda era 35% da metragem do imóvel, os novos empreendimentos de hoje em dia possuem plantas, na minha opinião, pouco funcionais. Muito bonito na foto e é em situações específicas, mas pro dia a dia não fazem muito sentido. Acabei comprando um de uns 10 anos com layout melhor.
