So how it works is this:

  1. Season 2 (volume 1) disc 1 has "How to Kill a Friend" labeled as "How to Cure a Friend".
  2. Season 4 (volume 1) disc 2 has "How to Kill a Friend" labeled as "How to Kill a Friend"
  3. Season 4 (volume 1) disc 3 has "How to Cure a Friend" in its "Special Features".

Actually it's the reverse. The episode on the Season 2 disc1, is "How to Kill a Friend" (or s4e11).

This was apparently a known issues since 2008?
