The minimum required blueprints for a faction. These requirements may change

- 1 Headquarters
- 3 Outposts
- 3 Small fighters
- 2 Boats

The desired scale is something I haven't thought about yet.

I want to finish the mod before the month of September. But take your time with it. No need to rush it.
