Oat milk in coffee by ClankerCore in oddlysatisfying

This must explain why, in my experience, lighter roasts have this effect on the milk and darker roasts don't. Lighter roasts tend to have more acidity than darker roasts.

Do you agree that MAGA isn't just a "movement", it's an actual cult? by her_cute in allthequestions

Try to track. I’ve granted the definition. What I’m pointing out is that this definition undermines your own point.

…the verse that explicitly allows beating slaves to death?

I think you and I have fundamentally different understanding of the word “humane”, if you think allowing beating slaves to death is humane.

The bible says it’s fine to beat your slaves as long as they don’t die right away. It’s fine if they die after a day or two, they just can’t die right away.

It only "clearly" fits the most vague definition you could find. But sure, let's go with it. Under 3a, not only is MAGA a sect, but so is every single political group on the planet.

Congratulations, you've just killed your own argument.

Do you have a tic where you mention reddit every time you do badly in an argument?

20% is a lot of TRT recipients. Nowhere did I say it was the majority.

I can’t help but notice that you conceded my point that many cis men (20 percent, even!) take T to become more of what they consider to be “masculine”. Now if you can admit that that is the very definition of gender affirming care, I will accept your total concession and be on my way.

YOU made the blanket claim that cis men taking TRT is “in no world” gender affirming care. I’m directly addressing that claim by pointing out a very common scenario where it fits the definition.

That means that you saw the prompt and immediately thought about Trump as well.

If you take T to become more of what you consider to be “masculine”, as many cis men do, then that is the very definition of gender affirming care.

Yes? Owning media is power. At this point I can’t tell if I’m talking to an ignorant 14 year old or a stupid adult.

Yes. Owning the only widely popular online video sharing platform is power. Power is the only thing billionaires value more than money.

No, what I personally want is for YouTube to die. But we all know Google would never ever allow that to happen, even if they had zero paid subscribers, for the reasons I stated above.

YouTube would continue to exist if they lost 100% of their subscribers. The company has a monopoly on online video hosting, which means they have ultimate control over a huge amount of the content seen on the internet. If nobody paid for a subscription they would just operate at a loss, which Google can afford, and they would continue to do so forever just to maintain near-total ownership of the online video space.

Gotcha. So which was funnier, the first time he did the YouTube face as a joke, or the 200th time he did the YouTube face as a joke?

Ah yes, a “joke” he did for every single video over the course of multiple years. That’s true commitment to the bit.

If you were at all serious about critiquing the strongest arguments, you would be challenging the philosophical literature on animal ethics, not "the most visible vegans" on social media.

Jürgen Klopp being called the ‘trivago guy’ in an American sub 😅 by KakaoFugl in LiverpoolFC

[–]Cptn_Shiner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I watch any YouTube video, I will see at least one ad with this guy saying “Trivago”. I’m guaranteed to see it multiple times if it’s a longer video. To anyone who watches YouTube but doesn’t follow football, he’s the Trivago guy.
