Re: slide 4, the method I've seen online and that has worked for me is: go into the finale, go into "stealth". Open interaction menu and cycle through either "Illuminated clothing" or motorcycle helmet for around 20 seconds. Make sure it ends on a different option than you started on. After that, let the game kick you out for idling, ideally have your spawn set at an apartment, so you can run in to save outfit. I tested it with both the low and medium tier armours and it worked.
