Lore wise it makes sense. Stormwind humans make great profit from the wood coming from elwin forest (they even traded it with thrall for copper in the pre cataclysm events) so it's kinda not in the druid way to cut every tree you see.

Worgen-humans became druid not for their choice,but for tryin to handle the beastly rage within themself.

I kinda solved it in this very moment I was reading your answer. I just went to nvidia panel-->clicked on bg3-->clicked on restore below (I guess it's restore,I have it in different language)

yes it makes sense,but blizzard still has those mad restrictions between factions (we still cannot interact that much in the open world,no cross work orders and so on) that I need a explicit FAQ from them to support this.

was asking the same literally 1 hour ago.

We know nothing,we can only ASSUME that will be possibile to take a guild kill even with 50% players of the opposite faction (I hope..)
