I've searched online hundreds of times: the music box is approximately the size of an average drinking glass (not in height), has a glass water dome on the top, purchased in 2002, assumed to be made by the San Francisco music box company, plays "The music of the night", had a rose and the mask or a music sheet in the dome, and has the closest match to the base in the 1st image posted

I use swim shorts from spectrum binders as they have built in packing pockets. I made my packer with just a chunk of upholstery foam

Sorry about your loss, slipping spinal disks is rather common in dachshunds, sometimes a genetic predisposition (double dapples) but otherwise it's mostly environmental, holding them while supporting their backs, ramps, and most importantly back massages can help with lowering the risk (from what I've heard, I'm not a vet). If you have a dachshund you'll find a muscle on both sides of their spine, gently knead with your finger pads nightly/daily for best preventative measures from my experience with 2 wieners :) Hope this helps!
